Shipping
In the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, shipping costs €4.95.
Orders over €50 are shipped free of charge within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
Different rates apply for shipments to other European countries, depending on the destination country. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.
Orders placed on business days are usually shipped the next business day.
This applies to orders placed from Monday through Thursday.
Orders placed on Friday, during the weekend, or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Delivery times may vary by country and carrier.
Returns
If you want to return a product, you must do so within 30 days of receipt. The cost of returning the product is your responsibility.
Make sure the product is unused, undamaged, and if possible, returned in the original packaging.
After receiving the return shipment, Elissio® will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.
The risk of the return shipment lies with the customer. We therefore advise you to sufficiently postage and securely pack the return package.
